NAMAN RESIDENCY is the answer to our modern challanges of urban living. Dado tiles in bathrooms.
Glazed tiles upto 7' high in bathrooms and unto 2' on kitchen platform.

Pressed steel door frames for all rooms.
Elegant main door with polished veneer.
Flush door panel with stainless steel fittings and putty finish oil paint for all internal doors.

Anodized alluminium windows with M.S. grill for protection.

Painting

Waterproof cement paint to outer walls.
Smooth putty finish synthetic emulsion paint for inner walls.

Upto 7' high for bathroom walls and upto 2' high above the kitchen platform.

Green/Black polished marble kitchen top otta with stainless steel sink on aluminium frame.

CPVC concealed pipelines with ISI quality CP fittings.
